First Recipe

The recipe is Scallop Chowder and it is: 5-6 cups half and half in big pot over medium heat, stir occasionally. Sateua scallops over medium heat in just enough olive oil to barely cover the bottom of the pan ad to pot when brown. If you know how to make bacon, rip it up with your hands and put it in to the pot. (you shouldn't leave your heat on while adding) add medium heat once again and cook for 15 minutes. Plate and serve.
